• To register as a Member of Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony or use this Site, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).
• User must come under all community.
• User further confirm that, intend to seek a life partner and that he / she shall not use this site for casual dating or for any commercial use.
• You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and use the service in conformity with all applicable laws.

Registration

• Users can do online registration and also have offline registration mode. We request you to kindly read out the options given properly and select the accurate option
• We request you to kindly upload the recent photo and enter accurate details to get more response also it will help you to meet all parameters.
• We request you to give a call to your customer support and our executive will assist you in completing your profile registration
• Further you can also send a message in our customer support whatsapp number for registration. Soon our relevant executive will call you and assist in creating the profile
• At any point if Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony came to know or informed by other user or third party or reasons to believe that information you entered were wrong , improper , fake we have rights to terminate your profile ( without intimation ).
• Registration of duplicate profiles for same persons will not allowed and if we found any duplicate profile Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony have rights to suspend the profile ( without notice ).

Account Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony login credentials such as your user id, password, OTP, etc
• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony will not ask password at any cost and you are cautioned not to share password.
• You are responsible for any activity happen in your account and you agree to immediately intimate us about the unauthorized access of your account.

Role And Responsibility by User

• As a user you must safeguard the profile by creating the strong password with the combination of alphabets and numeric.
• As a user we request you to kindly verify the credentials of prospects regarding their profile information and other details to get a proper match.
• We are request you to kindly verify the credentials of the prospects as Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony is not responsible for any of the misbehavior or cheated by the prospects.
• RKindly upload the recent photos and avoid entering wrong information in order to get more profiles.
• Avoid do transaction to any of the prospects and if you do any money transaction it is done on your own risk.
• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony members are expected to be cautious of prospects who ask for favours, money etc or call from multiple phone numbers, only interact over phone, doesn't come forward for face to face meeting (physically or through video calls) and don’t involve family and friends in match making. Beware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.
• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony member shall, in case of finalization of his/her/their Registrant’s marriage, delete their profile by themselves or intimate BM for removal/deletion of their profile.
• You shall also not make any payment / transfer any amount to account of any employees. All payments shall be made only to Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony account.

Role and Responsibility Ours

• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony will reproduce your profile after your registered and share your profile to other users in Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony.
• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony is only to provide a interface to its registered member to search for the prospects by themselves without any assistance
• Profile search conducted by user is completely based on their partner preference and if any modification done in their partner preference automatically user will get prospects according to the change.
• We shall safeguard sensitive user information using security standards,authentication mechanisms

Medium of Communication

• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony member hereby consents for receiving communication including promotional communications through any medium of communications such as electronic mails, calls, SMS or through Whatsapp messages etc.
• Users confirm that their register mobile number or alternative number if provided is not registered with do not disturb.
• Also if member agrees that the number is registered with do not disturb with the telecom service provider , the calls from Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony to registered mobile number or alternative number if provided will not considered as promotional calls
• You will also get calls and emails from opposite prospect from registered Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony portal.

Confidentiality

• The documents your provided for KYC process will be confidential and it will not share with opposite members or any other third parties.
• Any feedback or complaint you given on opposite prospects will maintained confidential.

Privacy of Membership

• The personal information / data provided to us by you during the course of usage of BM will be treated as confidential and in accordance with the Privacy policy and applicable laws and regulations.

Grievance Officer

• In the event you come across any violation by another user like obscene , menacing, grossly offensive, harming minors etc , then you can contact our Grievance Officer.
• The Grievance Officer shall handle complaints in relation to the following violation by the User – Modification or profile related activities belongs to other persons.
• obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling , harmful to child.
• Need to update Grievance officer details and working address

Disputes between Members

• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony users were fully responsible for the communication with prospects in any medium.
• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony disclaim for any transactions , exchanges , interactions between the prospects.
• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony will monitor such issues between the users but will be not in part of the dispute.
• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony is not a broker or agent like for any users and also Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony will not take part in passing or exchanging the discussion between the users.
• Any complaint or allegation on opposite member can be addressed to Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony customer support with the valid proof.
• You can also make use of Block option if you are not interest to view the particular profile or interact with the profile.

Content Right

• You agree that all content of Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony excluding your or third party content including advertisement on the Website for which we had requisite license/right in terms here of to display the same on our Website
• You acknowledge that you alone responsible for that modification of the content in profile such us profile details , photo , profile information also including all the message send to opposite member.
• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony reserves the right to proceed appropriate steps under the prevailing law against infringement by violators of the its proprietary rights or for illegally copying, modifying, publishing, transmitting, distributing, performing, displaying, or selling of any such proprietary information including using it for commercial purpose

Termination

• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony have rights to suspend or delete the profile without any notice to you and take any actions as mentioned below
• Seeking of physical / financial benefits from our other register member
• Provided incorrect information in website
• Have involved in fraudulent / illegal activities through our website.
• Creating a profile using fake or improper information , using other users information in Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony portal illegally.
• If we receive continuous complaint against your profile Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony have rights to delete or suspend the profile from our end instantly ( without notice ) and you will not able to register the profile again in future.

• Any issues relating to any technical malfunction of any telecommunication network, software, hardware failures, network congestion, denial of service, failure due to spamming or any combination of the above.
• You expressly agree that your use of this Website is at your sole risk.

Mode of Payment

• Payment made by cash / cheque / Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card/ Paypal/ RTGS/ NEFT/ would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines
• In case of dishonor of Cheque/demand draft you shall be liable to pay applicable bank’s cheque/DD bouncing charges. 
• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony uses third party payment gateways for collection payment through credit/debit card or other payment instruments. 
• You agree to provide us with your Permanent Account Number / Form 60/61 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules thereunder in the event you choose any paid package of Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony.

Refund and Assignment

• The payments made by any Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony member by way of membership ,auto renewal are treated as non-refundable.
• Sree Udhaya Krishna Matrimony member shall not transfer your membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions.

Renewal

• We automatically renew all paid Memberships before the expiry of the term of the paid Membership. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature.
• When you first subscribe for your paid Membership, you acknowledge that when your paid Membership expires it will automatically renew for the duration and at the last paid price.
• If you do not want your paid membership to automatically renew, you must cancel your paid membership by reaching our customer support.

Membership Packages

• We have various premium membership packages called Bronze, Gold, Silver , Platinum ,Diamond .
• You shall opt for any of our premium membership packages varying between three months to six months with differing price to access various premium features.
• Every package contain different type of features with certain limitations. All the premium packages will contain different types of durations , phone number counts , horoscope matches etc.
